August 4, 2026

# Hello World!

Elide began in 2024\. As the project has grown, we’ve wanted a better way to share what we’re building, why we’re building it, and where we’re headed. To offer more in-depth posts, especially for our fellow developers, we’ve created this Elide-specific blog to discuss features, architecture, roadmaps, events, and more.

Join us on [Discord](https://elide.dev/discord) for the latest updates and a place to talk tooling, ask questions, or simply hang out. Our founders and staff are active there and always glad to hear from the community.

Happy Reading!
